Bona Vista

Nestled in the serene inner-west of Sydney, Bona Vista, crafted by Studio Prineas, breathes new life into the charming features of its Federation facade, creating a cozy haven for family living. With a comprehensive approach, Studio Prineas envisioned every aspect of the project, from architecture and layout to bespoke joinery, furnishings, and décor. Drawing inspiration from the home’s original terrazzo thresholds and vitrified tile fireplace, the design team cultivated a rich, tactile experience with layered materials. A sturdy foundation of red stack bond brick anchors the airy living spaces, harmonizing flawlessly with the warm tones of natural stone, Tasmanian oak, and rattan accents.
