Not all bamboo is are the same in how they age and absorb finishes in unique ways:

• Natural Strandwoven Bamboo: Dense and highly durable, natural strandwoven fibres hold pigments beautifully when prepped correctly. 

The bamboo stalk is stripped into raw, individual fiber strands. These shredded fibers are soaked in adhesives, woven/intermingled, and compressed under extreme hydraulic pressure into dense blocks or planks, often with heat curing. 

• Laminated Engineered Bamboo: This material behaves very much like traditional wood or pine. It absorbs stains consistently, making it the easiest type to customise with even, rich tones.
• Organic Bamboo: Features a natural outer skin that requires thorough surface preparation so the finish can penetrate evenly.
